Magenta Films is a London-based independent production company specialising in the making of factual programmes for broadcast as well as videos for the music industry.
We strive to tell compelling stories. We believe that fiction is entertaining but that real life can provide stories that are far more dramatic.
We are dedicated to creating programmes that are relevant and entertaining.
Magenta Films also provides full script-to-screen services including project management from initial conception, pre-production, production, post-production and scoring all the way through to delivery.
Documentaries above all other media have the ability not only to educate but to inspire, involve and influence people.
We can handle any type of production, ranging from promos and commercials to testimonials, but our passion is in narrative and documentary-style storytelling. Gripping, worthwhile topics engage viewers emotionally and those are the projects we seek out. Whatever the commission, the goal never varies: to deliver the most engaging story with the highest production value on time while staying on budget.
Our documentaries have a strong emphasis on history, science and current affairs.
Through our passion for everything that has come before us, and our desire to understand where we are going, Magenta Films strives to produce high-end documentaries that defy the imagination, inform and inspire as well as captivate and entertain today’s mainstream audiences.
In addition, Magenta Films provides production services within the United Kingdom for international production companies and broadcasters who may be unfamiliar with shooting in the UK. With this in mind, we can put together and oversee any production crew that the client may need.
